Gold parties aren’t meant to feel like work, and they don’t! At our gold parties you meet, connect and build your network with a diverse group of people through our unique party experience. You get to see and handle interesting pieces of jewelry, antiques, silverware and more. We also make it a priority to interact and have fun with the guests during the party.We are a no pressure, non-sales company.
As a gold buyer for our company we leave it entirely up to the customer whether or not they would like to sell their jewelry and/or book a party themselves. We don’t pressure anyone, we let the experience sell itself. 

Challenges, bonuses and contests are set on a month-to-month basis.
We enhance our party experience by having fun monthly challenges, bonuses and contests for both our reps and hosts. For example, during the month of July, any host who had a party over $5000 received an iPad 2 courtesy of Karats to Riches.

The website contains the most up-to-date happenings of the company, training docs, accounting sheets, gold prices for the day, contact information, and more. The site is a one-stop-shop, providing all the vital information you need to know pertaining to your role as a Gold Party Rep.

Q: What is the job of a Gold Party Rep?

A: The job of our Gold Party Reps are to have a good time while going to parties and helping other people have a good time!

Specifically, Reps attend in-home parties and facilitate a gold purchasing process.  The Rep will assess and purchase the gold, silver and platinum of party attendees.

Q: But I don’t know how to assess gold.

A: That’s no problem at all!  Karats to Riches provides all necessary training to set you up for success.  No prior experience or knowledge of jewelry is required, although we love people who are passionate about jewelry!

Q: Do I have to sell anything?

A: One of the great things about gold parties is that there is nothing to sell!  In fact, you are GIVING people money.  Just read the testimonial from one of our Reps, Janet M on our blog where she speaks about the process.  That said, as a Rep you will be working with the attendees of a party to book their own parties.  This is how you expand your market.  You will find though that the parties are so fun it is practically just a matter of finding a date on your schedule and signing them up.
Q: What will it cost me?

A: Karats to Riches is the most supportive Gold Party company in the industry.  We provide training, a comprehensive Rep site, and everything else to be successful.  There is a small fee to purchase your gold testing equipment, but you will earn this back in your first party (note that we do not sell our own equipment, but we can advise you to appropriate places to order it).

Q: How much will I make?

A: Our reps earn an average of $300 per party, which typically lasts 2-3 hours.  In addition, we have monthly incentives and competitions to provide opportunities for great Reps to earn even more.  Finally, one of the highlights of Karats to Riches is our ’24 Karat Club’, which allows Reps to make significant money in addition to the money already mentioned.

Many of our Reps earn $1,000 or more per week.

Q: What is the ’24 Karat Club’

A: The ’24 Karat Club’ is one of our trade secrets.  It is one of the things that separates us from the competition and makes our Reps the best in the industry.  It is a loyalty program that provides attainable goals that allow Reps to earn enough money to make it a full-time job earning a six-figure salary.
